What is the MOQ ?
We don’t technically have minimums, but the smaller the quantity, the higher the transportation price.

How long is the delivery time?
It depends on your project, such as the size of quantity, style and workmanship etc. Generally, the delivery time is within 15-35 days after all materials confirmed.

 

How do you guarantee the product’s quality?
Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.

Can you offer installation service?
We will offer the detailed installation instructions and the professional installation guide, such as the installation brochure, the installation videos. Also on site installation can be available as request, please inquiry us for more details.

 

How do you ensure the quality of products?
We focus on the quality of products, all product are adjusted and controlled bythe PMC department, each section is strictly controlled. In addition, our QC department has organized a team of 15 members,professionally dedicating in product quality inspection so as to completely ensure the superior quality of products. Every time wecheck, will send the production for you on time. We also welcome you to check it.
